Privacy Policy

Thank you for registering your child to Blackwater Gymnastics Club.

* Gymnasts need to wear a not-too-baggy t-shirt or leotard, with leggings, shorts or tracksuit bottoms. Bare feet or grip socks. You can buy our training leotards on our website www.blackwatergymnastics.co.uk (scroll down to the yellow section).

* Hair should be tied back (this includes hair hanging down at the front which can be secured with a clip.) Do not wear jewellery, earrings, or watches.

* Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and line up at the gym hall entrance. Parents must ensure that the child is seen by a coach and that they follow the instructions given (sit on the spot on the floor).

* At the end of the class, ALL parents must collect their child from inside the hall. Children will be dismissed to the person we can recognise matching the child. If your child is collected by another parent, or by someone else, please let us know when you drop off your child.

* Monthly fees are taken automatically on the first of each month. The hourly rate is multiplied by 39 weeks (school term time) / 12months, plus Stripe fees. The cost is therefore split evenly throughout the year. You can cancel your subscription at any time by giving 2 weeks’ notice.

* The system will make 3 attempts to collect the fees before a failed payment is notified to us. A failed payment will incur in an admin charge of £10 which will be applied to a manual invoice for that month.

* Annual membership is compulsory for all our members.

* We are a non-profit Limited Company by Guarantee. All our fundraising and profits are raised towards our future purpose built facility project.
